Social Media Login - Toutiao

Instructions: Connecting Toutiao Channels to Blinkfire Analytics

What you need:

• Computer to log into a Blinkfire account.
• One of the two Toutiao login requirements: 
  • Phone to receive verification code. Its number is linked with your Toutiao account
  • Your Toutiao account’s phone number and password. 

Steps to log in:

1. Go to https://www.blinkfire.com on your computer. Currently, logging in on your phone will not work.
2. Log into Blinkfire using the social media account you normally use: Twitter, Facebook, Google, or Microsoft. 
   
   
3. Upon logging in, click on “Settings” under your profile in the top right corner
   
   
4. Under the Social Logins section,Press the Toutiao button.
   
   
   Note: Unless you are logged into another Toutiao account on your phone, you do not need to log out.
   
   
5. Press the “All clear.  Add account” button.
   
   

   

6. You will be presented with the Toutiao login page.
   
   

   

7. There are two login choices:
   1. Use phone number and verification code to login:
      1. Fill in your phone number that is linked to your Toutiao account in the first blank, and click the “Send Verification Code” button.
      2. Go to your phone that is linked to your Toutiao account. Fill in the 4-digit verification code you received in the second blank in the login page.
         
         

         

   2. Use phone number and password to login:
      1. Press the “Use Password to Login” button
      2. Fill in your phone number in the first blank
      3. Fill in your Toutiao password in the second blank
         
         

         

8. Click the red “Authorize and Login” button. You should then be able to connect to Blinkfire. The browser on your computer screen should return to Blinkfire.
