Social Media Login - Sina Weibo

Instructions: Connecting Sina Weibo Channels to Blinkfire Analytics

What you need:

• Computer to log into a Blinkfire account.
• Phone with the Sina Weibo app on it. You must be logged into the Sina Weibo account that you are providing credentials in order to retrieve user information and posts.

Steps to log in:

1. Go to https://www.blinkfire.com on your computer. Currently, logging in on your phone will not work.

2. Log into Blinkfire using the social media account you normally use: Twitter, Facebook, Microsoft, Google or TikTok.




3. Upon logging in navigate to your settings page. It can be found under your user icon in the top right corner of the site >> "Settings" >> "Social Logins". 




4. Press the Sina Weibo button.



Note: If you are not already logged into a Sina Weibo account you can just press the "Continue" button



5. Press the “All clear.  Add account” button.

6. You will be presented with the Sina Weibo login page. 



7. Go to your phone with Sina Weibo installed and log in. Open the app. Go to “Me”. Click “Scan the QR code” on the upper right.



8. Click the orange “Authorize” button. You should then be able to connect to Blinkfire.The browser on your computer screen should return to Blinkfire.
