Fan Insights

Fan Insights is one of the dashboards under Reports section. It analyzes a team's audience and is comprised of the following six sections:

Audience Growth

These two charts are a visual representation of the total audience of a team and the follower growth experienced in a selected time period, both divided by channels.

Brand Affinity 

This table offers Brand Affinity scores predicted with Blinkfire Analytics Data. A higher score represents a higher measurement of sentiment between your fans and the brand.

Top Engaging Fans

This table offers are the fans who have engaged with your content the most over the selected date range.

Post Metrics

This table offers a summary of a team's social activity per channel. It includes the total number of posts in each channel during the selected period, the engagement obtained (comments, shares, reactions), the engagement rate for each type of engagement (comments, shares or reactions divided by the total number of posts), and the percentage of posts that include text, images or videos.

Most / Least Popular Posts

In this section our report offers two tables with the most and least engaging posts by the team during the selected time period. The tables can be filtered by network and can display 5, 10, or 20 posts.

The Most Valuable Followers (MVFs™) of a team are calculated every week based on their general social media activity and interactions with that team
