Different Types of Fan Posts

While looking at content in Blinkfire Analytics, you may see posts in various views that is fan content.   These posts will be marked one of two ways:

Fan near the venue

In the case where the post came from a social network based on a geofence, such as around a stadium or event, the content will be marked as "[Entity] fan near the venue".

Fan Post

In the case where a post comes either through a hashtag search, or from one of the entities MVFs, the post will be marked as "This is a [Entity Name] fan post".

In the case of posts that satisfy both of these criteria, we categorize it as the way our content crawlers found the post first.
