YouTube Insights

Sign in with the Google account connected to your entity's owned and operated Youtube account through Settings (if you've already signed in with another social account) or through the landing page to activate audience retention data.

YouTube Timeline Post Insights

Insights include video shares and audience retention data, including total and average time watched live and total and average time watched via video on demand (VOD). Audience retention graph is for VOD only. 

Audience Retention

Collect and display stats for YouTube live streams to show the difference between live consumption and video on demand (VOD). 

The audience retention graph shows the total time watched and average time watched. Additionally, there is an audience retention graph that shows audience viewership over the length of the video.

This view shows where a video's total time watched sits compared to all other videos by channel. Red - below average; Yellow - average; Green - above average.
