Credentials: Instagram Promoted Post Metrics

In order to activate Instagram promoted post metrics for an entity, a user must have admin, editor, analyst, manager access to the Facebook Page linked to the Instagram Business Profile and access to the Facebook Ad Manager linked to the Instagram Business Profile or Creator Account. Upon signing in with Facebook on Blinkfire's landing page, these metrics (plus insights) will activate.  

In cases where an organization owns a number of entities, a user may only have specific access to certain Facebook and/or Instagram accounts. Facebook Business Asset Groups are often created, and users are given specific Pages, Ad Accounts, and Instagram Accounts permissions. If you are part of a Facebook Business Asset Group, please make sure your permissions look like the below.
