Social media insights activate upon signing in with the appropriate social media credentials

Facebook Insights

Facebook Insights include video views, impressions, reach, link clicks, post clicks, and audience retention data at the post level plus Facebook demographics. Additionally, if an entity's Facebook Page is linked to an Instagram Business Profile, signing in with Facebook activates Instagram Stories, Instagram Insights, and Instagram demographics. 

Images + Videos: Facebook timeline post insights include impressions, reach, post clicks, and link clicks. 

Videos: Facebook Insights (for images, as shown above), video views, total time watched, average time watched, and audience retention. Upon logging in with credentials, video views appear at the post level and is private data. 

Instagram Insights

Instagram Insights for Instagram posts and Instagram Stories is private data, only visible to the owner(s) of the entity. If an Instagram Business Profile is not tied to a Facebook Page, Instagram Insights (for both timeline posts and Instagram Stories) and Instagram Stories cannot be pulled into the platform. Images + Videos: Instagram Insights for timelines posts include post impressions and reach at the post level.

Instagram Insights for Stories include impressions, reach, tap forwards, tap backwards, and exits at the post level. Posts with an orange border around them are Instagram Stories. 

Twitter Insights

Twitter Insights are private data, only visible to owner(s) of that entity. 

Images + Videos: Twitter Insights include post impressions, link clinks, profile clicks, hashtag clicks, media clicks, profile clicks, detail expands, and total time watched (for videos) at the post level. 

YouTube Insights

YouTube Insights are private data, only visible to owner(s) of that entity. 

YouTube Timeline Post Insights 
Insights include video shares and audience retention data, including total and average time watched live and total and average time watched via video on demand (VOD). Audience retention graph is for VOD only. 

Sina Weibo Insights

By signing in with Sina Weibo on Blinkfire's landing page or Settings (if you've already signed in with another social account), it authenticates credentials. Please note, Sina Weibo tokens expire every 30 days, so you will need to re-sign in every 30 days to re-authenticate in order for posts to be polled, tracked, and analyzed. 

WeChat Insights

In order to pull in WeChat posts and insights, we need WeChat credentials. Once signed in, WeChat posts pull in from present onwards. 

WeChat insights include impressions, reach, and shares on the post level. Only users with access to the owned and operated entities can view these insights plus WeChat followers. 

WeChat followers (private data, only available to users who access to O&O's WeChat account).
